The list of workspaces appears as a set of menus when the sandwich icon is clicked. The sandwich icon can be used to display or hide the menu (toggle on/off). When a menu is clicked, the respective workspace renders as a tab with a fixed header and no footer.
- In systempreferences.properties file, set APPLICATION_LAYOUT_TYPE = TABBEDMENU
