Generating the Report in the Sigma Application

To generate the report in Sigma Application, perform the following steps:

1. Log on to the Sigma Application using your credentials.

2. Click the Form Item Type Report and select its child instance, as shown in the following screen shot.

2. In the Customize tab, click the Select Parameter drop-down list and select the ITEM_TYPE option parameter.
   
   1. Click the Select Criteria drop-down and select Contains.
   2. Enter the Default Value in the Value text field, e.g. 16.

2. Click Run to generate the report.

   A confirmation message, indicating the report generation status, appears.

2. Click Ok.
3. Click the Generated Reports tab to view the status of the generated report.

2. When the report generation status is displayed as Success, click the Download icon to download the generated report.
