The Delegation Users can only be created in the Intellect ARX authentication system portal. The role of the Delegation User is pivotal and only the Delegation User can choose the different set of corporate customers in the Sigma Application or Portal, whereas the application users associated with their respective corporates can individually access the reports which are only assigned to them.

Before creating a delegation user, you must have already the user role of OPUSER (OP_USER) in the Intellect ARX authentication system portal. When you create a delegation user in Intellect ARX, ensure that you select the appropriate User Type, Sub-Type and Role in the User Creation screen. For any delegation user, it is essential that the User Type should be selected as Bank User, whereas the Sub-Type should be chosen as All, while the Role must be selected as All and OPUSER in the User Creation screen on the Intellect ARX authentication system portal. |
