- Log in to Sigma Studio as an administrator.
- Select the Target or End Application, e.g. SIGMA.
The home page of Sigma Studio appears. - Click Request Approval on the left navigation pane.
The Activity Summary category with Saved Submitted, Pending, Processed and Rejected tabs appears as shown in the following screen shot. The Saved tab comprises of saved reports Submitted tab comprises submitted requests, while Pending, Processed and Rejected denote pending, approved and rejected reports requests respectively. - Click the Pending tab to view the pending requests.
- You can choose a data range from the From and To Date fields to view the number of pending requests for the selected date range.
You can select the Corporate Client of your choice from the Client lookup field, so as to view the
pending reports.number of pending requests for the selected corporate client.

- You can select the Studio functionality or feature of your choice from the Business Function lookup field to view the number of pending requests for the selected functionality or business function.
- Hover the mouse on the right side of the pending report to view the Approve/Reject options. Click Approve/Reject to proceed further.
request and click the View History icon to view the details and history of the pending requests. - Similarly, click the View Changes icon to view the performed changes for the pending request.
- To approve or reject the request, click the Approve/Reject icon to either approve or reject the pending request.
The Authorize Request page appears. To approve the report, click Approve.
Note For the approval of reports, the data appears in read-only mode.
A message box appears.Type your comments in the Approval Comments text field and click Submit.
A confirmation message, indicating a valid approval of the report appears.- Click Ok.
