Sigma enables you to assign only a read-based access role for the Delegation User, which allows the user only to view the reports and schedules. The Delegation Reader User will only be able to view the created reports and schedules in the Sigma Application and cannot generate the reports. Even the scheduling of reports cannot be performed by the reader user.

To view the reports of different corporate customers as a delegation reader user in Sigma Application, perform the following steps:

1. Log on to Access the Sigma Application using the credentials of the as a Delegation Reader User.

   Note
   The Delegation Reader User should be created using the Intellect ARX authentication system.

   
   

2. After you log on to access the Sigma Application as a delegation reader user, click the SIGMAGCIF lookup field on the top right side of the home page to select a corporate customer.
   

   Note
   The Create New Group option is disabled for the Delegation Reader User. As the user is provided only with the read-only based access, no report groups can be created by the Delegation Reader User.

   
   
   
   You can find the list of corporate customers, as shown in the following screen shot:

3. In the SIGMAGCIF lookup field, enter a specific corporate customer name and select the corporate customer, e.g. tatafn.

   The available list of reports for the selected corporate customer appears under the Reports List.

4. Click a report and select its child instance, as shown in the following screen shot:

5. Select the Customize section to view the report details.
   

   Note
   The basic report details will only be displayed to the Delegation Reader User. The Run, Save As and Save As Base options will not be visible for the Delegation Reader User, as the user has been provided with the read-only based access.

6. Click the Generated Reports tab to view the list of the generated report instances.
   
   
   
   The generated reports list is list of the generated report instances will get displayed, as shown in the following screen shot:

   Note
   The Delegation Reader User can only download the report using the Download  option , but will not be able to regenerate the same a new instance of the report using the Play  option. The Play option will not be visible for the Delegation Reader User.
