eMACH-Sigma enables  enables you to display the report and user details such as, user name, total number of records, report generation date and time, etc. on the produced reports by configuring the template designer settings while creating the report in eMACH-Sigma Studio.

The following screenshot shows a sample Account Statement report with the report and user details:



Perform the following additional steps in eMACH-Sigma Studio in order to configure the report and the user attributes on the report, as shown in the screenshot:

  1. Create a new report by clicking Manage > Report OR open existing report by clicking Information Report on left-navigation and then perform a right-click on a report to select Edit Report.
  2. On the Information Report screen, click Template Designer icon icon while configuring the report in eMACH-Sigma Studio.

  3. Select the type of field from the left side. In this example, Report Header field is selected.

    By default, the page header and footer options are disabled. You can either toggle on the options and use those or retain the default settings.

  4. Select the Parameters Layout (Image Modified) tab on the right side. A list of system parameters appears on this tab.

  5. Drag and drop the required system parameter(s) from the list to the design area.

  6. Click the Save Image Modified icon to save the template designer.

  7. Proceed with the other configurations for the report. Refer Configuring a Simple Report for detailed information on configuring a simple report.
Note

You can also change the system parameter's name using the Add Labels option as shown in the following screenshot.
