Page Comparison

Let's assume that an implementation checker user needs to approve a report creation request in Sigma Studio. Perform the following steps to approve a report creation request as an implementation checker user in Sigma Studio:

1. On the home page of Sigma Studio, click the left navigation pane and select the Request Approval option.
   

   Note
   Apart from reports, the implementation checker user can either approve or reject the requests for the creation of connections, data sources, data source aggregators, roles, apps, notification templates, report criteria apps and report groups.

2. In the Activity Summary category, click the Pending tab to view the pending reportsrequest.
3. Hover the mouse on the right side of the pending report to view the request and click the Approve/Reject options. Click Approve/Reject  Image Added icon to proceed further.

4. To approve the report, click Approve.

   Note
   For the approval or rejection of reportsrequests, the data appears in read-only mode.

   
   
   
   A message box appears.
   
   
   
   

5. Type your comments in the Approval Comments text field and click Submit.
   
   
   
   A confirmation message, indicating a valid approval of the report appears.
   
   
   
   

6. Click Ok.
