Page Comparison

Let's assume that a client checker user needs to approve a corporate customer creation request in Sigma Studio. Perform the following steps to approve a corporate customer creation request as a client checker user in Sigma Studio:

1. On the home page of Sigma Studio, click the Pending tab in the Activity Summary category and then proceed to hover the mouse on the right side of the pending corporate customer creation request and click the  Approve/Reject Image Modified icon to proceed further.
   

   Note
   Apart from corporate customers, the client checker user can either approve or reject the requests for the creation of application users, solution packages, client package mapping, client criteria value mapping and user contacts.

2. To approve the corporate customer, click Approve.

   Note
   For the approval of corporate customers, the data appears in read-only mode.

   A message box appears.
   
   
   
   

3. Type your comments in the Approval Comments text field and click Submit.
   
   
   
   A confirmation message, indicating a valid approval of the report appears.
   
   
   
   

4. Click Ok.
