The Report Approval workflow in Sigma Studio paves the way for an effective mechanism in managing configuration data or metadata. Sigma Studio administrators or users, who possess the privilege of an administrator, can then approve or reject the requests for the created reports by the selected users in Studio. The approval workflow is even applicable for editing and deleting the created reports.

To initiate the report approval workflow, the user must create a report in Sigma Studio. To create reports using Sigma Studio, refer Creating Reports. Once the report is created by the Studio user, then the created report will either be approved or rejected by the Studio Administrator. |
