The different report generation status messages are provided as followsin Sigma are explained in the following table:

Once the report is generated, the status appears as "Report Generated" in the Generated Reports tab. This status message appears initially, but sooner the message will get modified automatically

This message indicates that Sigma is fetching data for the report from the configured data entities. Click the Refresh (Image Added) icon to view the updated status.

Generating Report

This message indicates that Sigma has started the report generation process. Click the Refresh (Image Added) icon to view the updated status.

Report Generated

This message appears when Sigma has completed the report processing. However, this message appears for a short while only and quickly changes to "Published to Repository",

Image RemovedPublished to RepositoryAfter the report gets generated successfully, the status appears as "Published to Repository" as the report is available for download in the Generated Reports tab and once you download the report, the report will get saved in the selected downloads folder on your local drive.

On generating the report, if the status is displayed as "In Progress", it is indicated that the generated report is in the midst of fetching the configured data sets. Refresh the web page or click the Refresh icon Image Removed to initiate the generation of the report.

This message indicates that Sigma has started the report file generation. Click the Refresh (Image Added) icon to view the updated status.

This message indicates that Sigma has completed the generation of the report file, which can be downloaded to your local drive using the Download (Image Added) icon. You can also re-run the report to restart the report generation process, if required, by clicking the Run (Image Added) icon.

This message indicates that report generation is failed. Hovering on the exclamation (Image Added) icon displays the failure message.

Notification(s) sent

This message indicates that Sigma has completed sending the report notification to the selected contact and contact groups (if any). For the SNS-based reports, the report generation status is sent as an e-mail to the SNS subscribers. In case of SMTP channel (email), the generated report file is sent to the respective e-mail addresses of the selected contacts or contact groups.

Failure Notification Sent

This message indicates that Sigma has sent the report generation failure notification to the selected contacts or contact groups (if any). For the SNS-based report failures, the failed status is sent as an email to the SNS subscribers. In case of SMTP channel (email), the report failure notification message is sent to the respective e-mail addresses of the selected contacts or contact groups.
