Delegation Mode
Sigma enables you to select your different corporate customers with the usage of Delegation Mode. You can create various corporate customers on the basis of your needs and requirements. Once you create your own set of various corporate customers, you can create individual application users for each of your corporate customers. Each of the individual application users associated with their respective corporates can log on to the Sigma Application and view as well as generate or schedule the reports that are assigned to them.
The Delegation Users can only be created in the ARX portal. The role of the Delegation User is pivotal and only the Delegation User can choose the different set of corporate customers in the Sigma Portal, whereas the application users associated with their respective corporates can individually access the reports which are only assigned to them. Creating Corporate Customers
To create corporate customers, perform the following steps in Sigma Studio:
- On the home page of Sigma Studio, click Manage > Customer.
The Customer Creation page appears.
- Enter the appropriate GCIF of the corporate customer, e.g. cst.
- Enter the appropriate CIF number of the corporate customer, e.g. 443187.
- Enter the name of the corporate customer in the First Name field, e.g. cst.
- Enter the appropriate address of the corporate customer in the Address field, e.g. 78, Adyar, Chennai.
- To upload the logo of the corporate customer, click the Browse File option and select the relevant logo from your local drive.
- Click Save icon to save the created corporate customer.
A confirmation message, indicating the successful creation of the customer appears.
- Click Ok.
