The different report generation status messages are provided as follows:

Status MessageStatus Description
Report Generated

Once the report is generated, the status appears as "Report Generated" in the Generated Reports tab. This status message appears initially, but sooner the message will get modified automatically to "Published to Repository", when the report gets generated successfully.

Published to Repository

After the report gets generated successfully, the status appears as "Published to Repository" as the report is available for download in the Generated Reports tab and once you download the report, the report will get saved in the selected downloads folder on your local drive.

Failed

On generating the report, if the status is displayed as "Failed", it is indicated that an error has occurred, which resulted in the report generation failure. Hovering on the exclamation icon displays the failure message.

In Progress

On generating the report, if the status is displayed as "In Progress", it is indicated that the generated report is in the midst of fetching the configured data sets. Refresh the web page or click the Refresh icon  to initiate the generation of the report.

Notification(s) sent

After generating the report with selected contacts or contact groups, the status of the generated report is displayed as Notification(s) sent, since the generated report will be sent as an e-mail to the selected contacts or contact groups. For the SNS-based reports, the generated status of the reports will be sent as an e-mail to the SNS subscribers, whereas, in the case of the SMTP channel, the generated report files will be sent to the respective e-mail addresses of the contacts or contact groups and then for the S3 channel, the report files will be sent to the bucket on the storage service in the AWS portal.
