The burst report status is available at the centre of the Report Bursting screen. The failed report bursting instances can be viewed on the right hand side by clicking the statuses at the centre of the screen. For example, following screen shot shows the details of the Account Master Report bursting.

  1. Click the check box in the heading, which is at right hand side of the screen to select all the failed reports.

    Message appears as shown in the following screenshot.

  2. Click Ok to trigger the failed reports again. Once you clicked ok, the Run button is available to re-trigger all the failed reports of one particular record.


    The failure retry message appears, once you click the run button.


    Alternatively, you can use Retry option to trigger all the failed reports.

  3. Hover on the exclamation icon on the failed report schedule to view the failure message.
