Canvas now allows you to create a workflow, based on your own requirements and choices. Apart from the three request categories of Library, Transaction and Service Request, you can use your own customized workflow as a request category in Request Modeler. • Configuring workflows, in the form of simple flowcharts provides greater convenience to the users.
• Functional enhancements streamline the process of creating workflows in a feasible manner.
• The users can easily modify the patterns of the created workflows, in accordance with their choices and requirements.
• Workflows can be used in Request Modeler sequences, thereby facilitating the users to create requests with utmost ease and reliability.
