You can access the Form Designer when performing either of the following tasks:

• Creating a new form.
• Editing an existing form.

Creating a new Form

To create a form in Canvas Studio, perform the following steps:

1. In Canvas Studio, click Create > Form.
   
   
   
   The Form Designer opens as shown in the following screen shot:
   
   
   
   
2. To add form items on the form, click any of the form items on the left. For more information on each of the form items, refer Configuring Form Items.

Editing an Existing Form

To edit an existing form, perform the following steps:

1. In Canvas Studio, click the Form Definition tab. The list of existing forms appears.
2. Right-click a form.
3. Click Edit Form.
