In Canvas Studio on Workspaces tab, right-click the Workspace Id in which you want to add the menu for the payment form.
In the Menu Definition screen, enter the following details:

1	Menu Id	INIT_PAYMENT	A unique identifier to the menu for payment form.
2	Parent Id	Payments	Workspace or the Parent Menu under which the current menu item appears.
3	Display Name	LBL_PAYMENT_TRANS	Property Driven Label key that displays the menu.
4	Product Code	CUSER	Name of the product to authorize the users by product.
5	Position	1	Order in which the menu should appear in the menu list from top.
6	Sub Product Code	CUSER	Name of the Sub Product within the Product for which the app stands for. The users who are authorized only to this sub product can view the data in this app.
7	Block Position	Left	Position of the menu in the workspace.
8	Function Code	PAYXFER	Name of the product to authorize the users by product by product, sub product, and function.

The menu appears in the corresponding workspace as shown in the following screenshot:
