Enable Customers to Share Application Data via Email

You can now enable customers to share application data to an email address. Canvas defaults the recipient email address to the currently logged-in user. However, customers can opt to send the application data to any other email address. The email option is provided along with other export options configured for a widget.

Some benefits of this feature are:

  • Password protection for the export data files.
  • Send export data in PDF, RTF, EXCEL, CSV, and JPEG formats. ##
  • Send up to 5 MB of application data per file.


## - Export file formats are dependent on the configured file types for the widget in the end application.
