Scheduling Reports

In the Sigma application, end-users (Report Consumers) can schedule reports in the following frequencies:

• Minute
• Hourly
• Daily
• Weekly Once
• Monthly

 
Perform the following steps in Sigma application to schedule reports:

1. Choose a report from the available Reports on the left-hand side of the page.
   
   
2. Click the Schedule tab.
   

3. Click the Calendar ( ) icon in the Starts on field and select a start date.
   
   

   You can also specify the time by clicking the clock ( ) icon.
   
   

4. From the Frequency drop-down list, select the frequency of which the report needs to be scheduled. In this example, Daily is selected as the schedule frequency.
   
   

   The other following frequencies are also available for scheduling reports:

   • If you select Minute as the frequency type, a field appears where you can specify exact intervals of minute(s) after which the report should get scheduled.
     
     
   • If you select Hourly as the frequency type, a field appears where you can specify exact intervals of hour(s) after which the report should get scheduled.
     
     
   • If you select Weekly Once as the frequency type, a drop-down appears where you can select the day on which the report should get scheduled.
     
     
   • If you select Monthly as the frequency type, a drop-down appears where you can select first or last of the month on which the report should get scheduled.
     
     
5. If you want the report to be generated for a specific number of times daily, click Repeat and enter the required number. Alternatively, you can increase or decrease the number using the up or down icons respectively.
   
   
6. Click Ends On and click the Calendar ( ) icon and select an end date.
   
   
7. Click Schedule Report.

A confirmation message appears.
