Canvas Market Place for Tenants

Canvas Market Place enables you to register as a tenant user in a simple and effective user. Once you complete the tenant registration process, you can create projects in a subtle manner. The created projects will get approved by the Administrator and then you can create business modules and widgets in your newly created project. You can even subscribe to an existing project, so as to make use of the unique features and functional components present in the existing project. The various abilities and capabilities of Canvas Market Place enable you to register tenants and create projects at different levels, ensuring that you create your project in an exquisite and efficient manner. 

Perform the following steps in Canvas Studio to identify the different capabilities of Canvas Market Place:

1. Log on to Canvas Studio as a tenant.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the sandwich menu on the left-hand side of the page.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Tenant Management.
   
   
   
   

The Canvas Market Place page appears displaying the projects created by the tenant on My Projects tab.

If you click Publish on any of the created project, the success message appears as shown in the following screenshot:

Subscribe an existing project

To subscribe an existing project, perform the following steps in Canvas Studio: 

Let's assume that the tenant ipay wants to subscribe an existing project of ctoom. 

1. Log on to the Studio application using appropriate tenant credentials. 
   
   
   
   The Canvas Market Place appears. 
   
   
2. From the list of available project sections, select Corporate Projects and click Subscribe Now option to subscribe the existing project of ctoom. 
   
   
   
   A confirmation message, appears, indicating a successful subscription. The subscription request must be approved by the Parent User, thereby denoting the user of the Parent Application. 
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click Ok. 
   
   The Pending Approval message appears, indicating that the subscription request needs to be approved. 
   
   
   
   

4. Log on to the Parent Application as a Parent User using appropriate credentials.

   The Parent Application is ctoom. 

   
   
   
   

5. Click Tenant Management. 
   
   1. In the Project Approval section, click Approve to approve the subscription of ctoom project. 
      
      
      
      
   
   A confirmation message, indicating a successful approval of the request, appears. 
   
   
   
   
   
6. Click Ok. 

7. You can now log on to the ctoom end application using your tenant credentials. 

   The sample ctoom end application URL is http://localhost:8082/canvas/index.jsp?application=ctoom

   
   

Additional features

The additional features in Canvas Market Place such as Design, Share, Export, Try in Mobile and Build Mobile enable you to perform different actions in a simple way. These features are applicable for your newly created project and they serve your business needs and requirements in a handy way. The following information provide the benefits of Design, Share, Export, Try in Mobile and Build Mobile options:

If you click Design icon, the new workspace designer page appears where you can design the dashboard with apps or widgets in just three simple steps. Refer /wiki/spaces/CTv21/pages/2038956033 for more information on this feature.

If you click Share icon, a pop up appears where you need to enter the mail ID of the person to whom you need to share the Canvas project with and click Share.




If you click the Export icon, a pop up appears as shown in the following screenshot where you can also include the parent project or a studio user if required and export the project.




If you click Try in Mobile icon, the MOBILE PREVIEW page appears where you can follow the given steps to view the project or your mobile.




If you click Build Mobile icon on the created project, the Application Registration page appears where you can register your project and download the mobile build setup for android and iOS devices.
