The Audit Details feature in Sigma Studio displays the users’ activity history during a specific time period in both Sigma Studio and Sigma Application. The audit log of following Sigma events can be viewed using the Audit Details feature.

6	Run Report	Shows the report execution history.
7	Run Group Report	Shows logs for group report execution.
8	Save Report	Shows log history of saving the report.
9	Save Group Report	Shows log history of saving the group report.
10	Save and Run Report	Shows the report save and execution history.
11	Save and Run Group Report	Shows save and run group report log history.
12	Schedule Created/Updated	Shows the history of create and update report action.
13	Scheduled Report Execution Started	Shows report schedule triggered action history.
14	Scheduled Report Execution Completed	Shows report schedule execution completed history.
15	Schedule Resumed	Shows the logs for schedule resume action.
16	Schedule Paused	Shows the logs for schedule pausing action.
17	Schedule Deleted	Shows the history of delete schedule action.

Viewing Sigma Audit Log History

To view the Sigma Audit Log History in Sigma Studio, perform the following steps:

Click on Navigation pane in the left and select Audit Details.

Audit Details screen appears. The audit details for the current day are displayed in this screen.

By default, the Start Time and End Time fields display the current date and time.
You must specify the date and time range for which you want to view the audit log in Start Time and End Time filters.

Note:
This is a mandatory field. You have to fill this field in order to get the audit details.
In Client field, choose the client for which you want to view the audits.
In Event field, choose the event from the available events in the drop down to view the audits for the particular event done by the users. Refer the above table to know about the available events in Sigma.
Choose the event type in the Type of Event field to view the audit for a particular type of event. The type of events represents the following actions:
1. TRANSACTION – Actions done by the end-users on Sigma application. For example, ad-hoc report generation, report customisation etc.
2. SYSTEM – Log-on and logout actions.
3. INQUIRY – Actions that happened in the backend and not by the users. For example, loading data for widget, fetching report data etc.
  Refer Configuring Event to know about creating an Event.
In Business Information field, enter the name or ID of the configured entity for which the audits needed to be displayed, e.g. report ID, report group ID.
In ctuser field, enter the user name. The audit data corresponding to the specified parameters appears.
Click each audit log history to view report configurations that were added, removed, or modified.
1. To view just the report configurations that were added, click added as shown in the following screen shot.
2. To view just the report configurations that were changed, click modified as shown in the following screen shot.
3. To view just the report configurations that were removed, click removed as shown in the following screen shot.
4. To view again all the report configurations that were added, modified and removed complete, select the View Full Json option.
