Sigma enables you to select your different corporate customers with the usage of Delegation Mode. You can create various corporate customers on the basis of your needs and requirements. Once you create your own set of various corporate customers, you can create individual application users for each of your corporate customers. Each of the individual application users associated with their respective corporates can log on to the Sigma Application and view as well as generate or schedule the reports that are assigned to them.

The Delegation Users can only be created in the Intellect ARX authentication system portal. The role of the Delegation User is pivotal and only the Delegation User can choose the different set of corporate customers in the Sigma Application or Portal, whereas the application users associated with their respective corporates can individually access the reports which are only assigned to them.

Before creating a delegation user, you must have already created the OPUSER (OP_USER) role in the Intellect ARX authentication system portal. When you create a delegation user in Intellect ARX, ensure that you select the appropriate values for User Type, Sub-Type, Entity and Role in the User Creation screen in Intellect ARX as follows:

  • User Type must be Bank User
  • Sub-Type must be Functional User
  • Entity must be SIGMA
  • Role must be All and OPUSER

Once the delegation user is created, the appropriate access controls should be provided to the delegation user in the Access Controls screen in Intellect ARX as follows:

  • Role must be SIGMAGRP

The System Administrator will approve the user details and the access controls provided to the delegation user on the Intellect ARX authentication system portal.
