After configuring the micro-flow (request) in Canvas Studio, the request needs to be initiated in the web application.

The users can initiate, view, edit, approve or reject only based on the entitlements provided for them. In the following example, the user is entitled with initiate privilege alone. See User Entitlement for more details. |
To initiate a request, perform the following steps:
1. Log on to the web application using your credentials. 
2. Access the workspace, in which the workspace menu was created. 
3. Click the Add Beneficiary menu. 
4. Enter the values as shown in the following table:
