  1. Click Manage > User Contacts.



    The Contact form page for creating User Contacts appears as shown on the following screenshot:

    The list of existing user contacts and contact group appears on the list.
  2. Select the Application ID.

  3. Click the plus icon ( ) to add a new contact.

    The Add Contact page appears as shown in the following screenshot:

  4. Provide user name on the Name field.
  5. Provide user's mail ID on the Email Id field.
  6. Provide user's mobile number on the Mobile Number field.
  7. Provide the alternate mobile number if required and click Add to add the contact.

    A success message appears.

  8. Click Ok.

    The created Contact is added to the list. You can delete or edit the contact by clicking the respective icons.

    Now perform the following steps to create a contact group:

  10. Provide a Group Name if required. Here, Account Details ACD Group is provided as the group name.
    Image RemovedBy default, all the contacts are selected by default for the groups. You can remove a contact by clicking EXISTS. In this example, John's contact is removed from the group.

    Click Save to Image Added
  11. Click the Contact Search lookup field and select the Contacts of your choice.

    To select a contact, click the Plus Image Added icon.

  12. Click the Save iconImage Added to save the contact group.

    Note

    To enable the selection of the created contacts and contact groups for a particular report, ensure that you have selected the SMS and SMTP options in the Notification Channel drop-down list by accessing the Additional Info tab on the Information Report screen. For detailed information on configuring reports, refer Configuring Reports. To configure notification templates for a report, refer Notification Template for Sharing Reports.

  13. Click Ok.

    The created contact group appears, as shown in the following screen shot:

    Make sure to select the contact or the contact group while generating a report on selecting either SMS or Email option in Sigma Application. Refer Sharing Reports for more information on sharing reports.
