Sharing Reports

Perform the following steps to share sigma reports as SMS, inbox or on mail:

  1. Log-in to Sigma application.

    The Information Reports page appears by default as shown on the following screenshot:

  2. Click on the report which you need to send it to the end user as inbox, SMS or mail on the left-hand side of the page. Here, Account Statement report is clicked.
  3. Click its child instance.

  4. Now, select the Inbox, SMS and Mail options based on your requirement. You can select your contacts and contact groups from the Select Contact drop-down list. To create contacts and contact groups, refer Creating Contacts and Contact Groups.

    'Inbox' feature is yet to be implemented in Sigma.

  5. Run the report.

Make sure to mention all the user credentials on Sigmasystempreferences.properties file on the following location path:

D:\Canvas\apache-tomcat-8.5.39\webapps\sigma.war\WEB-INF\lib\SigmaResources.jar\Sigmasystempreferences.properties


You can validate the reports sharing flow on your DB on the following tables:

  • od_pending_mail
  • od_message
