1. On the home page of Sigma Studio, click Manage > Entitlement.
   
   
   
   The Role Mapping page appears.

2. Click the Role ID drop-down list and choose a role ID of your choice, e.g. All. To create a new role, refer Creating Roles.

   On selecting a particular role from the Role drop-down list, e.g. All, the Product, Sub-Product and Function Codes which had been previously mapped to the selected role (e.g. All), will get listed in the Role Mapping screen, as shown in the following screen shot:

   Click the Client lookup and select the corporate client or customer of your choice, e.g. CTS.

   The selected role is mapped for the chosen corporate customer or client. Ensure that you select appropriate Product, Sub-Product and Function Codes for the selected role, which was mapped to the chosen corporate customer. 3. Click the Product Code drop-down list and select a product code, e.g. OPERATIONS. To create a new product code, refer Creating Product, Sub-Product and Function Codes.

4. Click the Sub Product Code drop-down list and select the sub-product code of DELEGATION.

   Based on the selection of the Product Code, the Sub-Product Code appears accordingly.

5. Click the Function Code drop-down list and select the appropriate function code, e.g. VIEW.

   The Function Code cannot be selected without selecting the Product and Sub-Product Codes.

6. To save the newly created entitlement, click Save.

   Entitlements cannot be modified or deleted.

   A confirmation message appears, indicating a successful save.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Ok.
