1. On the home page of Sigma Studio, click Manage > Entitlement Role Mapping.

   The Role Mapping page appears.
   
   
   
   
   
2. To create a new role, click  icon, adjacent to the Role ID drop-down list.
   
   
   
   The Role Master window appears.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter a relevant role ID in the Role ID field, e.g. R1.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the appropriate role name and description in the respective fields of Role Name and Role Description, e.g. Associate.
   
   
   
   

5. To save the newly created role, click Save.

   Roles cannot be modified or deleted.

   
   
   
   

   A confirmation message appears, indicating a successful save.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Ok.
7. On the Role Master screen, right-click the role of your choice (e.g. R3) from the listed roles and select the Delete option to delete the chosen role.

   A confirmation message, indicating the deleting of the selected role, appears.

8. Click Ok.
   A toast message appears, indicating the successful deletion of the selected role.
