On the home page of Sigma Studio, click Manage > Control panel.
NOTE:
To enable the control panel in studio, map the STUDIO-ADMIN-_ROLE_MAKER to thattheparticular user.The Control Panel screen is displayed as below.
Click the “+” plus icon to create a new role.
Enter a unique role id in the Role id field, e.g. STUDIO-USER.
NOTE:
The role id provided in the role id field must be mapped to that particular user.
WARNING:
Avoid using blank spaces.Enter the name for the role in the Role Name field, e.g. STUDIO USER.
Enter a description in the Role Description field.
Click the Add Features search drop-down field and select the features to map the role that requires below actions.
View – This allows only viewing the feature.Create – This allows creating, editing and deleting the feature.
Approve – Requests of that feature can be approved/rejected if approval flow is enabled. Request approval feature with view action should be configured for that role .
NOTE: To enable the Approve action in studio, map the STUDIO_ROLE_CHECKER to theparticular user.Anchor feature feature Click Save icon to create the role.
A message indicating the role is added successfully is displayed.
Click Ok to close the window.
View the created roles in the left-hand side of the control panel.
