The Audit Details feature in Sigma Studio displays the users’ activity history during a specific time period in both Sigma Studio and Sigma Application. The audit log of following Sigma events can be viewed using the Audit Details feature.

  1. Click on Navigation pane in the left and select Audit Details.

    Audit Details screen appears. The audit details for the current day are displayed in this screen.

    By default, the Start Time and End Time fields have display the current date and time of the current day.

  2. You can must specify the date and time range for which you want to view the audit log in Start Time and End Time filters.

    Note:
    This is a mandatory field. You have to fill this field in order to get the audit details.

  3. In Client field, choose the client for which you want to view the audits.

  4. In Event field, choose the event from the available events in the drop down to view the audits for the particular event done by the users. Refer the above table to know about the available events in Sigma.

  5. Choose the event type in the Type of Event field to view the audit for a particular type of event. The type of events represents the following actions:

    1. TRANSACTION – Actions done by the end-users on Sigma application. For example, ad- Run hoc report generation, Save report customisation etc.

    2. SYSTEM – Log-on and logout actions.

    3. INQUIRY – Actions that happened in the backend and not by the users. For example – Loading , loading data for Widget, Report fetch Actionwidget, fetching report data etc.

  6. In Business Information field, enter the name or ID of the configured entity for which the audits needed to be displayed, e.g. report ID, report group ID.

  7. In User ctuser field, enter the user name and the corresponding audits for the specified user will be displayed. The audit data corresponding to the specified parameters appears.

  8. Click each audit log history to view the report configurations that were added, removed, or modified configurations of the report events.By Clicking added option you can view the added data in the report

    By Checking View Full Json checkbox you can view all
