The Request Approval workflow in Sigma Studio paves the way for an effective mechanism in managing configuration data or metadata. Sigma Studio administrators or users, who possess the privilege of an administrator, can then approve or reject the requests for the creation of reports by selected users in Studio. The approval workflow is even applicable for editing and deleting the requests.

The Request Approval workflow is applicable only for Forms, Form Containers, Reports, Events, Templates, Shortcuts, Shortcut Containers and Entitlements.
