When Form Mode is not configured explicitly, the Form Manager looks for the Read Only Property of each items associated with the form. If read only is set, it renders the items as static non-editable labels, else it renders the item as it is for user input.
This mode is useful when only few items should be editable leaving the others as non-editable.
