This is the class that is expected to be invoked by any layer that is interested in invoking the Entitlements layer. This takes care of the instantiation of the Entitlements adaptor and routing to the appropriate API. To ensure API consistency, this class also implements the IEntitlementSource interface. So, all APIs exposed by the interface can be invoked directly on this class.
