This section summarizes the details of the features / enhancements delivered as part of this release.

View History for Maker-Checker Requests

Sigma enables you to check the view history of the Maker-Checker requests. All the requests, which are placed by the maker user, can be viewed along with the history of changes to the requests and the data sets of the configured Studio components. The entire view history of the submitted, approved, rejected and pending requests can be viewed by both the maker and checker users. Additionally, the view history provides the feasibility to view the requests for a specific date range and the particular Studio components as per the applied filter criteria for the selected Studio components, enabled with the request approval flow.
For detailed information on checking the View History for Maker-Checker Requests in Sigma Studio, refer Approving a Report.

Apply Additional Parameters for Reports

Sigma enables you to apply additional parameters for reports by making use of simple configurable actions. You can set new parameters for your reports, so as to apply the newly added parameter value in your configured report. You can even make use of the added parameters in a sub-report, thereby paving the way for you to pass the added parameter for the sub-reports.
For detailed information on applying additional parameters for reports in Sigma Studio, refer Enabling Additional Parameters for Reports.

IT Roles

Sigma enables you to assign different roles for the maker, checker and viewer users of an IT and Operations team, thereby enabling the listed maker, checker and viewer users to be assigned with the appropriate accessible roles based on their entitlements. On accessing Sigma Studio, the maker, checker and viewer users can respectively create, approve and view the various Studio components to which they are entitled and it is essential that the approval flow should be initiated, so as to enable the approval privileges for the checker user. For detailed information on the usage of IT Roles in Sigma Studio, refer IT Roles.

Bulk Approval and Rejection of Maker-Checker Requests

Sigma enables you to initiate the bulk approval and rejection of the Maker-Checker Requests. The requests of the maker user can easily be approved or rejected by the checker user at the same point of time, without having to individually approve or reject the multiple requests of the maker user.
For detailed information on initiating the bulk approval and rejection of maker-checker requests, refer Approving Reports in Bulk and Rejecting Reports in Bulk.
