App Shortcuts

The Apps Shortcut has two place holders, one to display the Default apps with entitlement and other one is Favorite apps.

  • Default app: This pane displays the default App Shortcuts links to any of the workspaces, apps or forms within the application configured by the developer. The end-users cannot remove any apps from the Default App pane.
  • Favorite app: Only the App Shortcuts that were created as Favorite apps will be available in this Favorite App pane. The users can select the App Shortcuts that they want for quick access.

The features of Apps Shortcut are as follows:

  • The Default App Shortcuts are configured by the developer.
  • The Favorite Shortcuts can be enabled or disabled by the app developer.
