Editing Existing Report Groups

Sigma enables you to update existing group reports’ configurations using the Save As option.

Perform the following steps to change an existing group report configuration in Sigma Application:

  1. Log on to Sigma application, from the left navigation, click the group report, which you need to save with different configurations.

     

  2. Click the Customize Group tab.

     

  3. On the bottom right corner, click the down-arrow icon and proceed to click as Save As.

     

  4. Provide a unique Report Group Name.

     

  5. Update the group report configurations. Here, report group format and filter configurations are added or changed.

     

  6. Click Save to save the customized report group.


    A confirmation message, indicating a successful save of the report, appears.

     

  7. Perform any of the following :

    1. Click Run to execute the group report.

    2. Click drop down icon and proceed to click Save to save the group report.

    3. Click the drop down icon to and proceed to click Save and Run to save and execute (generate) the group report.


      A confirmation message, indicating a successful generation of the group report, appears.



  8. Click Ok.
    You can notice a new instance of the modified group report is available on the left navigation and the reports in the group are generated successfully.
