Mapping reports and criteria values in User Criteria Mapping
Configuring User Criteria Mapping
User Criteria Mapping enables you to map the criteria values and reports to the corporate application users.
To map report criteria to a particular corporate customer user, follow the below steps:
On the home page of Sigma Studio, click Manage > User Criteria Mapping.
The User Criteria Mapping screen is displayed.
Click the Client search field on the top left side and select the corporate client, e.g. CUSONE – CUSONE.
Enter the user number in the USER_NO field, e.g. CUS169880000.
Select CANVAS as the Product Code from the Product Code drop-down list.
Select CANVAS as the Sub Product Code from the Sub Product Code drop-down list.
Select REPORTS as the Criteria Type from the Criteria Type drop-down list.
Click the Search Criteria Values field and select the reports from the Select Criteria Values drop-down list.
NOTE:
The Search Criteria Values field contains the reports that were mapped in the Client Package Mapping for that specific customer, (i.e. CUSONE - CUSONE).For more details, refer Client Package Mapping.
Click Save to save the user criteria mapping for reports.
A confirmation message, indicating the successful creation of the user criteria mapping is displayed.
Click ok to close the window.
NOTE:
Once the reports are mapped to that particular client, specify the criteria for the user.
To Map the criteria values to the user, follow the below steps:
On the home page of Sigma Studio, click Manage > User Criteria Mapping.
The User Criteria Mapping screen is displayed.
Click the Client search field on the top left side and select the corporate client, e.g. CUSONE – CUSONE.
Enter the user number in the USER_NO field, e.g. CUS169880000.
Select the Product Code from the Product Code drop-down list, e.g. NEW.
Select the Sub Product Code from the Sub Product Code drop-down list, e.g. NEW.
Select the Criteria Type from the Criteria Type drop-down list, e.g. NEW.

Click the Search Criteria Values field and select the criteria values from the Select Criteria Values drop-down list.
NOTE:
The Search Criteria Values field contains the values that are mapped for that client and criteria in the Client Criteria Mapping, (i.e. CUSONE_ONE).On the User Criteria Mapping screen, while editing the mapped client criteria values, the data values of the Key Column (e.g. BENE_ACC_NO) for the selected Criteria Type (e.g. NEW) will get displayed, as shown in the following screen shot:
Click the Show Description option, to view the data values of the Display Columns (e.g. BENE_ACC_NO, BENE_NAME, PAYMENT_TYPE, BRANCH_NAME) for the selected Criteria Type (NEW).
