The Entitlement management for an application typically involves the following aspects:
- Ability to model a new service in the entitlement model.
- Ability to provision the modeled service offerings to the customer entities (like Corporate) with specific management at user group and user level.
The following sub sections detail how these two aspects are modeled within the Canvas framework at the database level and how new services can be added to the Canvas entitlement model.
