Creating Data Connections

Canvas provides an easy way of communicating with the data sources with the help of connections. Once a connection is created, the data sources can be associated with it and managed accordingly.

Four types of data source configurations are supported by Canvas Technology platform through Canvas Studio:

• You can create connections to the database.

OR

• You can create connections to web services.

OR

• You can create an App DS connection.

OR

• You can create JNDI connection.

OR

• You can import data from Excel spreadsheets.
