Configuring Events, Alerts, Audit

Canvas Studio provides a viable platform for the users to create Events. By means of a simple configuration, the users can now easily create Events and then configure Alerts and Audit in an effective and efficient way. Ranging from login and logout activities to the functional management of data, everything can be seamlessly managed in a feasible manner. The creation of Events in Canvas Studio paves the way for the users to assign handlers for various set of events. You can configure handlers for different types of events. Customer Maintenance, FO Login, FO Logout, FO Login Fail, BO Login and BO Logout are some of the vital event types in Canvas Studio. FO and BO represent Front Office and Back Office respectively. Alerts, Custom Handlers and Audit are the three segments of Handler Configuration. The Request Approval workflow can be enabled for creating, editing and deleting events.
