Sharing Reports

Perform the following steps to share sigma reports as SMS, inbox or on mail:

  1. Log-in to Sigma application.

    The Information Reports page appears as default as shown on the following screenshot:

  2. Click on the report which you need to send it to the end user as inbox, SMS or mail on the left-hand side of the page. Here, Account Statement report is clicked.
  3. Click its child page.

  4. Now, select the Inbox, SMS and Mail checkboxes based on your requirement.

    'Inbox' feature is yet to be implemented in Sigma.

    • By enabling the Email option the report success or failure message will be sent through mail to the ARX user logged in and by selecting the Mail Report as Attachment, the report is sent through the mail.
    • For the non ARX user the email will be sent to the mail id mentioned in the od_user_mb table.
  5. Run the report.

Make sure to mention all the user credentials on Sigmasystempreferences file on the following location path:

D:\Canvas\<Tomcat-Installed-Folder>\webapps\sigma.war\WEB-INF\lib\SigmaResources.jar\Sigmasystempreferences


You can validate the reports sharing flow on your DB on the following tables:

  • od_pending_mail
  • od_message
