Mapping Report Criteria
To map report criteria to a particular corporate customer or client, perform the following steps in Sigma Studio:
- On the home page of Sigma Studio, click Manage > Client Criteria Mapping.
The Client Criteria Mapping screen appears.
- Click the Client lookup field on the top left side and select the appropriate corporate client, e.g. cst.
- Select the appropriate Product Code from the Product Code drop-down list, e.g. CANVAS.
- Select the appropriate Sub Product Code from the Sub Product Code drop-down list, e.g. CANVAS.
- Select the appropriate report criteria from the Criteria Type drop-down list, e.g. Criteria.
Click the Type minimum characters to search and enter the relevant data set criteria values to select the appropriate criteria values.
The specified number of minimum characters in the Criteria creation screen determines the number of characters that should be entered in the Type minimum characters to search field. If the Minimum Characters are provided as 2 in the Criteria creation screen, then the field name on the Client Criteria Mapping screen will be displayed as Type minimum 2 characters to search.
Similarly, enter the relevant data set criteria values to select the appropriate criteria values, as shown in the following screen shot:
- If required, you can add the custom values for the Key Column (e.g. Transaction Code) in the mapped client criteria by clicking the Plus icon, adjacent to the Type minimum 2 characters to search field.
- In the pop-up window, enter the custom value of your choice for the Key Column (e.g. Transaction Code) and click Add for adding the entered value to the mapped client criteria.
Click the Save icon to save the client mapped report criteria.
When you try to exit the Client Criteria Mapping screen, before saving the configured client criteria mapping values, a warning pop-up message appears, as shown in the following screen shot:
- Click Cancel, if you do not want to exit the Client Criteria Mapping screen.
- Click Ok, if you want to exit the Client Criteria Mapping screen.
A confirmation message, indicating the successful mapping of the client report criteria, appears.Click Ok.
On the Client Criteria Mapping screen, while editing the mapped client criteria values, the data values of the Key Column (e.g. Transaction Code) for the selected Criteria Type (e.g. Criteria) will only get displayed, as shown in the following screen shot:
To view the data values of the Display Columns (e.g. Balance, Credit, Debit) for the selected Criteria Type (Criteria), click the Show Description option, as shown in the following screen shot:
