Multi Tenant
Multi-tenancy is an architecture in which a single instance of a software application serves multiple customers. Each customer is called a tenant. It must be noted that each and every tenant shares the same software application and also uses a single database. However, the most unique attribute of multi-tenancy is that each tenant’s data is isolated and remains invisible to other tenants. Moreover, the tenants may be given the ability to customize some parts of the application, such as the color of the user interface (UI) or business rules, but they cannot customize the source codes of the application.
