Generating Reports with Predefined Input Parameters

To generate the report with predefined input parameters in Sigma Application, perform the following steps:

  1. Log on to the Sigma Application using your credentials.



  2. Click the Form Item Type Report and select its child instance, as shown in the following screen shot.



  3. In the Customize tab, click the Select Parameter drop-down list and select the ITEM_TYPE parameter.
    1. Click the Select Criteria drop-down and select Contains.
    2. Enter the Default Value in the Value text field, e.g. 16.



  4. Click Run to generate the report.



    A confirmation message, indicating the report generation status, appears.



  5. Click Ok.
  6. Click the Generated Reports tab to view the status of the generated report.



  7. When the report generation status is displayed as Published to Repository, click the Download icon to download the generated report.



  8. Open the downloaded Form Item Type Report.



    The generated Form Item Type Report appears, as shown in the following screen shot.
