7e. View the Submitted Data in the Application
A brief overview on viewing the submitted data in the web application is provided as follows:
- Log on to your web application using relevant credentials.
- Access the relevant workspace, to which the appropriate app is mapped, with the data, pertaining to the selected table, which was configured during the creation of the request.
- You can view the submitted data, facilitated by the successful approval of the initiated request.
The step-by-step procedure to view the submitted data in the web application is listed as follows:
- Log on to the web application using your credentials.
Access the workspace to which the Beneficiary Details app is mapped, e.g. ACCOUNT SUMMARY DETAILS.
Before creating a micro-flow or request, ensure that the appropriate app is mapped to the relevant workspace. The created app should fetch the data from the same table, which is to be used, while configuring requests using Request Modeler in Canvas Studio. To create a request, refer Create a Micro-flow (Request). To initiate and approve the requests, refer Initiate the Micro-flow and Approve the Micro-flow respectively.
The submitted data, facilitated by the successful approval of the request, appears as shown in the following screen shot:
