CanvasViewEntitlement Class

This is implementation of the IEntitlementSource provided by Canvas that looks into the internal configuration provided by Canvas. This class is not expected to be invoked directly. Instead this should be configured in the Canvas configuration initialization sequence as the Entitlement provider class.
