Implementation Checker Role

Let's assume that an implementation checker user needs to approve a report creation request in eMACH-Sigma Studio. Perform the following steps to approve a report creation request as an implementation checker user in eMACH-Sigma Studio:

1. On the home page of eMACH-Sigma Studio, click the left navigation pane and select the Request Approval option.
   

   Apart from reports, the implementation checker user can either approve or reject the requests for the creation of notification templates, apps and report groups.

   
   
   
   

2. In the Activity Summary category, click the Pending tab to view the pending request.
3. Hover the mouse on the right side of the pending request and click the Approve/Reject  icon to proceed further.
   
   
   
   

4. To approve the report, click Approve.

   For the approval or rejection of requests, the data appears in read-only mode. 

   
   
   
   A message box appears.
   
   
   
   

5. Type your comments in the Approval Comments text field and click Submit.
   
   
   
   A confirmation message, indicating a valid approval of the report appears.
   
   
   
   

6. Click Ok.
