The following screen shot highlights the different areas of the Form Designer:
The following table explains the areas of the form designer that are highlighted in the screen shot:
Areas | Description |

1 | Represents the form design area where all the form items can be inserted. |
2 | Represents the form items that can be inserted in the form. The form items are grouped under the following categories:
You can insert a form item in the form by just clicking it. After your click a form item, the clicked form item appears on the form design area on the right. |
3 | Represents the toggle to view the Form and Form item configuration ribbons. When you click Form, the configuration ribbon for the form appears. When you click Primary, the configuration ribbon for the form item appears. Alternatively, you can access the form item configuration ribbon, when you click a form item in the design area. |
4 | Represents the configuration ribbons for the form and form items. You can configure the form by clicking the icons in the Form configuration ribbon:

5 | Represents the mode to preview the form. You can preview the form in all channels, which are Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. By default, when you click the Preview icon, the Desktop preview is shown. However, you can toggle between the different channel views in the Preview window. |
6 | Represents the mode to save the form. |
7 | Represents the mode to cancel or close the form designer. |
8 | Represents the mode to set conditional wiring for the form. |
9 | Represents the Add Labels feature. |
