Approving the Parent Request in the Application

To approve the parent request in the end application, perform the following steps:

  1. Log on to your end application with the credentials of the Admin User, entitled with the approval and rejection privileges.



  2. Access the workspace in which the pending requests can be viewed for approval and rejection purposes, e.g. TFD FLOW.
    1. In the Activity Summary app, under Library Maintenance, click the Pending tab to view the pending requests.
    2. Hover the mouse on the right side of the pending request and click the Approve/Reject. 



  3. Check and verify the entered details in the request.
    1. To approve the request, click Approve, whereas to reject the request, click Reject. On clicking Cancel, the Authorize Request window gets closed.



    On clicking Approve, the Approval Comments field appears.

  4. Type the comments of your choice in the Approval Comments field and click Submit.



    A confirmation message, indicating the successful approval of the request, appears.



  5. Click Ok.

    The submitted data of the parent request, ACCOUNT_DETAILS, appears in the relevant ACCOUNT_DETAILS table in the schema:



    The submitted data of the child request, CUSTOMER_DETAILS, appears in the relevant CUSTOMER_DETAILS table in the schema:
