Raising a Library Request

Now that the request is configured and ready, let's see how to raise a library request within the application.

The users can initiate, view, edit, approve or reject only based on the entitlements provided for them. In the following example, the user is entitled with initiate privilege alone. See User Entitlement for more details.


  1. Login into CT Model House with your credentials.

  2. Select Payments workspace.

  3. Click on the CARD INFO workspace menu.


  4. Enter the values as shown in the following table:

    As per the configuration provided while creating the request, the Request Modeler evaluates the balance and currency fields to determine the number of authorization levels required for the request.

    Example Request - 'HAL' as Service Type


    The example screenshot of the HAL service based form shows multiple sections (yellow and orange boxed portions) from a single service appended in a single request. Here, you can use the following buttons to perform various actions:

    • More button (  ) is used to see the complete details of the specific row in the HAL request.
    • Add Next button is used to add more row entries in the request.
    • Delete button (  ) is used to delete the respective row in the request.

    Similarly, multiple tables can be appended in a database based request that will appear similar to the example screen shot of HAL request.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. In the pre-initiate window, check the field values provided for the request before submitting it:


    You can also save this request as a draft for processing it later or go to the previous window and edit the details provided or cancel the request. The Reference No, Maker Name, and Maker Date fields will be auto-populated and provide the request creation related details. 




  7. Click Submit.

  8. Click Ok.
  9. Click Logout.
