Form

Form is a kind of container form item, which enables to add another form as one of the form items i.e., as a sub-form.

In the pop-up window, select the form of your choice to insert the selected form as a sub-form.

After selecting a form, if you select another form, the previously selected form will be automatically cleared.

The following table provides information about the properties that are applicable to this form item:

4	Channel	Assigns the form item compatibility for various devices.	Desktop / Tablet / Mobile
5	Visibility	Selected: Shows the form item on the Form. De-Selected: Hides the form item from the form, but the data will still be in active.	Selected
6	Print	Selected: Allows printing the form item when the form is printed. De-Selected: Does not print the particular form item while printing the form.	Selected
7	Column Span	Occupies the specified number of item spaces horizontally for the current item.	1
8	Event Wiring	The Event Wiring option enables you to assign various events for different set of actions. For detailed information on Event Wiring, refer Form Items Event Wiring.
9	Settings Menu: Total Number of Columns within a container	Arranges the form items within the form in the given number of columns.	2
10	Settings Menu: Change Indicator	Allows changing the attached form.
11	Clone	Enables you to create a duplicate of the selected form item along with its applicable properties except for the Item ID.	2

The properties of the sub form items can be modified individually while editing the sub-form.

Switch property is not applicable for this form component.
